We are pleased to announce there has been an overwhelming response to our award winning Seabirds Nippers program and it will begin Season 2021 at full capacity. We are looking forward to an exciting Summer, promoting beach awareness, community spirit and fun within an inclusive surf lifesaving environment. Semaphore Nipper Training for Season 2021/22 starts on Saturday 16th of October. We are all set for another great season of fun, surf ed and competition ion the beach.

Club Registrar and some other helpers will be downstairs near the uniform shop from 11am on the 16th Oct to assist if you have any issues with the process. Please be early!!

We are please to announce that Semaphore SLSC will once again offer a Come and Try Surf Life Saving Program for the 2021/22 Season.
If your aged 5 – 12 years old and interested in trying surf life saving? Come down to the Semaphore SLSC club and join our Come and Try Program!
The Semaphore Come and Try Program costs $20 and allows Nippers new to surf life saving to attend 3 Saturday sessions anytime between October and December.
The $20 will be deducted from your membership if you decide to sign up for the rest of the season (mid March 2022).
If you have any questions about the program or you would just like to have a look around the club, please come down to a pre-registration day on Friday 8th October between 4pm and 6pm.
Alternatively you can register from 11am most Saturdays during the Nipper season. It is a good idea to arrive early to complete the waiver and health forms or short cut the process by downloading the letter, waiver, health and asthma (if applicable) forms from the website and fill them out before you come, as it can get busy, especially at the start of the season.
Nipper training kicks off for the season on Saturday the 16th October, 12:45pm to 3pm.

Semaphore SLSC will once again play host to Surf Life Saving SA’s VacSwim Program this coming summer with not just 1 but 2 Five Day Blocks scheduled to held Point Malcolm.
Block 1 – 13th December to 17th December
Block 2 – 10th January to 14th January

Membership renewals for the 2021/22 season became due on 1st September and as per the constitution of Semaphore SLSC renewals are due by 1st of October in order to retain all membership benefits.

Last Sunday saw our end of Season Footy Tipping Show at the Club.
Congratulations to Weiry (Stephen Weir) who took home the Cash Prize and had his name added to the Club Tipsters Trophy for the second time since its inception.
