Training Update

The training season has started well with 2 Top up Bronze  and 6 new SRC’s training at State Centre who will be assessed on Friday 13 October. At Semaphore Jennifer Hansen has been training 3 Top up Bronze and 1 new SRC at Semaphore whom are preparing to undertake their assessment on Friday 20 October.

The First Training Patrol took place on Saturday 7 October and there was a good turn out and lots of direct training undertaken. All SRC/Bronze theory training will be completed at these patrols So please register interest in any training with instructor@semaphoreslsc.com.au so we can keep you up to date.

Next Timed Swim will be Wednesday 1 November

Next Training Patrol is Sunday 5 November

ARTC Course is running on 14 & 15 October 10am until 5pm.

There are 3 people registered and so there is still space but will need to complete the online workbook which can be accessed via: https://portal.sls.com.au (please use Chrome or Google to access this even when using devices as Safari results in the course not being logged as completed.)

Once logged in (any issues with logging in call 1300 724 006) go to courses at the top of the page this takes you to SLSA E-Learning press login. Once in press Training Library and pick SLS Lifesaving then pick SLS- ARTC please  ensure this is complete by Friday 13 October so I can check that these are completed at start of training.
