Reminder – no training until further notice

A reminder that due to SA COVID restrictions there will be no club training, proficiencies or face to face education until further notice.

We are hopeful the current restrictions will be eased next week which will allow us to return to all of these activities in some capacity depending on the level of restrictions.

We will continue to provide updates as further information becomes available.

We’re open!

The Semaphore bistro is open again this week. Bookings for the bistro are preferred. Seated dining only with a maximum of 10 per booking. Please call 8449 8088 to make a booking.

Opening hours

Thursday and Friday – open from 5pm with the bistro serving meals from 6pm to 8pm.

Saturday and Sunday – the bar is open from 4pm – 8pm.

Reminders

  • Club capacity will be significantly reduced with the reintroduction of the 4/m2 rule;
  • No standing consumption of alcohol (both inside and outside); and
  • All members and non-members must sign in on entry and exit.

Australian Lifeguard Service – positions vacant

Applications are now open for appropriately qualified persons to be considered for the position of Professional Lifeguard with the Australian Lifeguard Service (ALS) SA.

This is great opportunity to guard the metro and regional beaches of South Australia.

Applications close Tuesday 23rd November 2020.

Semaphore Seabirds start this week!

The Semaphore Seabirds will run alongside our existing Nipper program with modified activities for children with additional needs.

The program will run in 2 x 6 week blocks, starting 14 November.

Enrollments are still open.

Due to this being a pilot program, numbers are limited this season.
