Don’t forget all your surf attire (bathers, club cap, high vis top, sun safe top, hat, towel and label everything), plenty of sunscreen, water and food. Don’t forget to bring a smile, a positive attitude and be ready to have a go, do your best and have fun!

| 9:15am | – U8, U9, U10 age groups arrive at designated first event area |
| 9:30am | – U8, U9, U10 first event commences |
| 10:45am | – U11, U12, U13 two person R&R teams marshalling |
| 11:00am | – U11, U12, U13 two person R&R starts |
| 12:45pm | – U8, U9, U10 completion of events – March Past marshalling – U11, U12, U13s not competing in March Past meet at club tent |
| 1:00pm | – March Past starts |
| 1:15pm | – U10 two person R&R marshalling – U11, U12, U13s arrive at designated first event area |
| 1:30pm | – U11, U12, U113 first event commences – U10 two person R&R starts |
| 5:00pm | – U11, U12, U113 completion of events – Beach pack up |
