We are unsure if capacity restrictions will allow us to hold a full in person meeting at this time, in that case alternative arrangements will be put in place to facilitate online attendance and voting.

All members with Voting Rights are invited to attend, voting rights are valid for all members over 14 years holding SRC or Bronze qualifications, or holding Social* or Life Member category.

*All adults part of a fully financial Family membership are considered Social members
