Nipper Water Safety Certificate for parents/guardians

A reminder the new Nipper Water Safety course is being run on Saturday 13 November. The course will start at 12:30pm and run for approximately 3 hours.

The Nipper water safety certificate course is a new certificate aimed at encouraging parents/guardians to participate in water safety at club level for Nipper activities.  The Certificate is designed as a stepping stone for parents and guardians who are new to Surf Life Saving and are looking for an entry-level pathway to participate/help with Nippers without committing to a full Bronze Medallion.

Please email instructor@semaphoreslsc.com.au to register your interest or alternatively there will be a sign up sheet available at Nippers Muster on Saturday.

Proficiency swim this Friday

Nippers have an opportunity to do their proficiency swim in what looks to be ideal conditions this Friday (5 November) at 4:30pm.

All nippers U8 and above who have not yet completed their proficiency swim, as well as anyone keen on some extra swim training are encourage to attend.

Board training will resume immediately after swim training at 5pm this week. Please meet on the beach.
